Through the years, I’ve learnt to look out for and pay attention to the goodness and strengths in those who may be shy or quieter than the louder extroverts, dislike the limelight and/ or prefer to be quietly toiling in the background.
Lots of times, we might overlook the effort and value that they bring. Instead we may focus on those who are more visible.
