Uncovered this fun video from 2018 which was never posted. It highlighted my personal area of neglect. Happy to share that since then, this very important area has been an important focus in my life. In fact, in my new book Freedom Embraced released early this year, this has been expanded to include other ways of Nourishing Ourselves including Freedom from Burnout, Sayang, Mindful Eating, Breathe, Fitness for Work, Changing Our Habits and Acupressure Your Ouch Away.
